Buddy’s Service Center in Jonesboro is a family-owned business that has proudly served the community for over 25 years. With 12 bays and 11 lifts, we are equipped to handle a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance services. Initially founded by Buddy Scudder, who has since retired, the center is now owned and operated by Uriel Mayorga. Under Uriel’s leadership for the past two years, we continue to uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service and expertise to our valued customers.

MEET THE OWNER, URIEL MAYORGA

Uriel Mayorga, the owner and operator of Buddy’s Service Center, brings over 20 years of industry experience. A graduate of the Universal Technical Institute in February 2004, Uriel began his career at an independent shop before working at a dealership for three years. For the past 11 years, he has been self-employed, driven by a personal mission to help others. Inspired by his parents’ struggles to pass Georgia state emissions inspections with their old cars, Uriel is dedicated to relieving customers of the stress associated with vehicle compliance. His passion for automotive repair is fueled by seeing the relief on customers’ faces when their car issues are resolved, motivating him to provide the best service possible.
